Quality

At Sinuta, we know that the quality of our products is one of the reasons for our success. With an activity focused on customer satisfaction, we carry out a rigorous quality control at all stages of the production process, in order to guarantee that each order arrives at its destination with the highest quality.

Aware that quality is a work in progress, we base ourselves on continuous improvement to ensure constant improvement of processes and, consequently, of products.

Through training, we seek to provide our employees with the means to always do more and better, with safety and quality.

Our Quality Management System, certified since 2002 by the ISO 9001 standard, governs our daily activities, the management of our operations and the control of our processes.

We were the first portuguese company in our sector to obtain this certification. In 2018, we took another step forward, and updated the certification to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Environmental concerns are at the top of Sinuta’s priorities. Through the use of advanced technological processes, we are able to guarantee more efficient production, with a reduction in energy consumption and control of waste production.

The commitment to environmental responsibility is also manifested in the use of environmentally friendly products and technologies: air pollutants are regularly monitored, waste water is treated, the management of waste produced by the manufacturing process is carried out in accordance with current legislation and most cargo handling equipment is electric.

In addition, Sinuta also has 1500 photovoltaic solar panels in its facilities, with an installed power of 220 Kw, which, together with a fleet of more than 10 electric vehicles, contributes to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions in the company’s daily activities and, consequently, reduce its ecological footprint.

SOCIAL AND CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

Sinuta believes that, for a company to be socially and corporately responsible, it has to be an integral part of the community in which it operates.

In this way, it seeks to support, whenever possible, initiatives of a social, cultural and sporting character in the region, getting involved in the active life of the community and thus repaying the support given by it since its foundation in 1995.

The company is also distinguished by a strong culture of proximity between employees, and between them and management, which provides a closer relationship between them all.
